I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable. Parking right in front of my room with camera surveillance provided a sense of security. The location was convenient for my early morning airport trip, and there were many nearby attractions. While the service was respectful, it lacked a welcoming touch.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the market and downtown, and it is pet-friendly. The rooms were somewhat disappointing as they had issues with cleanliness and odor. Service was satisfactory but didn't go above and beyond. The location offers convenient access to various attractions in St Louis but could do more to control air conditioning. The dining options were limited, and there were additional charges for basic amenities like a fridge and coffee facilities.
The hotel's rooms were cleaner than the outside, but the towels weren't that clean, with hair on them. The bed didn't match the picture, and there was noise from the floor above. Despite these issues, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to I-44, close to markets, downtown, and attractions. However, the air conditioning needed improvement and security precautions were lacking.
